AVAILABLE – We ensure prompt crisis response 24 hours a day, seven days a week. One of our care managers is always available to answer calls and to respond to emergencies.
COMPASSION – We will always treat you with respect and kindness. We will listen carefully to your goals and needs.
DEFERENCE – Our recommendations are based on your goals and preferences. We honor your right to accept or decline our recommendation.
HONESTY - We will explain the costs of service to you. There are no hidden costs.
ADVOCACY - We will be strong advocates and a reassuring presence when you need us. We will always place your interests over ours or any other parties’.
FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY – We make every effort to conserve the resources of our clients.
UNBIASED – We only refer services and organizations that we believe deliver good quality in a cost-effective manner. We do not have any financial affiliations with other organizations and we do not accept referral fees.
CONFIDENTIALITY – We respect your privacy. We will disclose your information only with your permission or the permission of your power of attorney for healthcare, and only with other health professionals when it is necessary.
PROFESSIONALISM – We are fully qualified and licensed in our profession to provide the services we undertake. We continue to improve our skills and knowledge by participating in professional development programs.
